Good design, holds the phone fairly well when the harness is snug.
I ordered this for my husband to wear - with his phone as a camera - when we're filming our hikes. When it arrived, we joked that it'd never fit me. Not well enough to keep a camera stable while filming, anyway. Ahem. Well, it might just do that. I'm not wholly confident that it'd keep my Akaso from bouncing too much, but for the intended purpose - worn by my husband, filming with his phone - this is pretty well designed and a good value.

Not That Good
Does not stay in place, moves upward when walking over 4 mph, top camera position is too close to the head, side of head shows up in video if you look to the left and vertical height is under the arms pit making it unconformable. Thinking of sending it back.

Well-made & comfortable
This round-the-body and over-one-shoulder strap/mount can hold just about any flat smart phone, and is designed to accommodate certain cameras: GoPro, AKASO, DJI, maybe other sports cameras. Other cameras can be held with the universal 1/4" threaded bolt, but then the cell phone camera holder cannot be attached. Adding a second threaded bolt mount to the kit would make it a bit more versatile. But with one of the listed cameras, there can be two image-gathering devices that can be used simultaneously. If done correctly, POV shooting allows the camera to essentially become a character in whatever you film. It is one of the most engaging styles of videography. This strap mount is comfortable and adaptable to be worn by just about any sized person. Adjustments are easy and can be tightened for reliable, steady video-ing.

Not what i expected
Pov from left side only. Shoulder mount is worthless. If over 55F get ready to sweat! The ability to adjust is there but mainly worthless. I should return it! Maybe made for winter outdoor activities? 🤔 think twice before buying. Only thing maybe good for is holding a cell phone on mount for live stream chatting.....

Extremely versatile and comfortable
I have the original Chesty GoPro mount and I find it to be a little uncomfortable to wear on long hikes etc. but this one from Pellking is much more comfortable and offers several mounting positions. I have used it to record several hikes and have even been able to use the high shoulder mount rather than a head-mount which has been much more bearable over long periods. There is quite a bit of slop / shake caused by my shoulder when the camera is mounted there but I'm able to get rid of it with image stabilization in the software afterward.
