This is a sturdy, strong book and toy organizer. I got it over others specifically because it was taller than it was wide, so it fits up against the wall and does not jut out into the nursery walking space too much at all. I got the white one, primed it, and painted it to match the nursery color scheme. It turned out beautiful. It was very easy to put together WITH a power drill-- not because it was tough to screw in the screws, but because there were around 30 of them to do, so my wrist couldn't manually do that in one sitting. It's heavier though than I expected, so I would definitely recommend securing it to the wall so it does not somehow tip over onto your little one. That said, it is not top-heavy, so that is good. It works wonderfully in our space and holds a lot!

This was a Christmas present to our one year old. Finally he can have some books in his room! Love the size of it and it’s perfect for his board books plus a few bigger books to face out, which I plan to rotate. My husband put it together by himself in 1-2 hours. Feels sturdy.

I bought this for my nursery. And I hate that most of the books I have are too tall for the shelves. Little golden books and Dr Suess only fit on the bottom shelf but the lip makes it slightly difficult to remove. Overall I’m happy with my purchase. I simply wish I wasn’t so limited to the shelves I can put books on.

I put this together in about thirty minutes, by myself, with a baby on my back. It was fairly straight forward and the pieces were labeled well. One of the screws was messed up but they sent plenty of extras. The poles inside the book part are metal which I wasn’t expecting. I did accidentally put a piece on backwards but was able to correct the mistake easily. It’s taller than my two year old so he keeps trying to climb it so just something to think about.

Unfortunately the shelves don’t really accommodate regular size kids books. The third shelf isn’t tall enough for Little Golden Books, Step Into Reading, or Dr Seuss to stand upright. Anything taller than Dr Seuss is too tall for bottom shelf and has to go in pocket. For us that means I need to buy another shelf to fit all of our tall kids books. As far as look and construction, it went together easily and is definitely good looking. We’ll keep it, but disappointed it won’t be the sole solution to store our books like we were hoping. If using in a nursery with little board books it would work great.
