Google Pixel 7 5G, US Version, 256GB, Obsidian - Unlocked (Renewed)

Phone is great, baterry is fine, it is a Pixel 7 and so it has all great Google Pixel features, the side butoms were weird looking and didn't look nice but then again it is a used phone, mind you there are no scratches, the sides and the back had descoloration, the glass itself was fine, but then I slapped a cover on it and anyone else looking at it would think it is new, otherwise the phone is responsive, great pictures, picture tools work great, the finger print sensor is not responsive but that is a Google Pixel issue not because it is used phone but face unlock works great so I am not annoyed by it. I am very happy with my purchase.

Bought this as a birthday gift for my father. He doesn't complain about it, so that's a win for me😁

Everything on the phone works well except for the erratic connection of the USB port. Connecting to my vehicle requires playing with the cable as it goes into the phone. I have always been able to make the connection and then it works fine. The cables I use are new and work with other pixel phones into the vehicle. Apps are up to date. The port has been cleaned. This is not an unknown problem with USB ports. It is a physical problem with a used put. My concern is that the port will further deteriorate and I will not be able to connect it to my vehicle. I was on a chat with Amazon for over an hour and they acted as if the problem was software related. I tried most of their solutions but finally tired and gave up. I would just like to return the phone but that is denied. The claim is that it can be returned until August but I am being thwarted.

I bought a Pixel 7 phone, and it was in excellent condition. However, the phone was not unlocked, and I did not find out about it until I moved away from Verizon. This was a lucky thing for me for the last few months because I was with Verizon, and it was locked to their network. So when I moved away, that is when I found out it was locked to Verizon. Verizon confirmed this (that the phone sold to me by these guys was a locked phone to their network), and so did the new carrier. Now the phone is useless to me, and the seller will not reply.

This is the second pixel phone I've bought from them refurbished. First was a pixel 3. Both phones have worked wonderfully and this one has no defects at all I can find despite is returned rating of excellent instead of like new. Shipping has always been fast and any questions I've had have always been answered. I will definitely be shopping them again when I want to upgrade again.

This is my first Pixel product but I have always liked stripped down android devices. Finger print recognition works great if you add multiple versions of the same finger as "new finger prints" in the setup. Simply do your thumb two separate times and any other digits you use.Battery life for me is excellent. If you are one of those folks with your nose in your phone all the time, then I don't know what to say. If you are normal human who is not glued to social media all the time, then you are golden on battery life.The phone is snappy, takes excellent pictures and videos and the sound coming out of it is quite good.I have heard in the past that people buy a Pixel and hang on to it for years. I hope that is the case with this phone. Because of that, I went ahead and bought a 256GB model hoping it will last me at least 5 years.

My brother in-law loves the phone. It came in in really good condition.

WiFi connection shows pixel 6 even though tye phone is supposed it be a pixel 7... Not sure the specifications are right. Battery also dies quickly... except if you don't use it at all and just store on a shelf all day.
