More than a month ago, I mailed in my saliva cortisol test kit, and I still have not received any results. Their customer service has been terrible. I was only able to reach someone once, and the representative was extremely rude and difficult to understand, which made communication frustrating and unproductive. He claimed that I did not label the collection times correctly on the vials and that they couldn’t tell whether the samples were AM or PM—this is not true. To eliminate any confusion, I immediately sent an email confirming the exact collection times, but I never received a response or my results. Overall, this experience has been a complete waste of time and money. I do not recommend buying this product.
