Most fish oils do not tell you the source or are very vague but this is my favourite brand as all this is specified and you know it is sustainable. It has the best balance of EPA and DHA I can find, and I find it is very effective. I find it difficult to swallow the larger tablets that are often associated with fish oils but these are small and easy to swallow. Delivery is fast and it comes well packaged.

Although initially when swallowed you do not get any fishy taste, after sometime if swallowed on an empty stomach the product will come back to say hello. I do recommend this product as the tabs are a nice size which are easy to swallow. Good value for money.

I have to say by far this is one of the best oils I have used . Is one of the cleanest oils of omega My good cholesterol is high , I have my hormones in place after taking this for a few weeks, as I tend to have oestrogen levels high (endometriosis ) , also it has Made my skin better no breakouts whatsoever. And better not fishy smell or aftertaste . Definitely recommend them .

Great value, service and easy to digest

I believe this is one of the cleanest fish oils out there in the UK. It is easy to swallow and no fishy after taste (which can be a sign of oxidation and bad oil) so very happy 😊

I normally would give these a 5 star, but the size of the pill increased by 250% from. my previous orders. when they were small it was the best available product on offer. but these large hard to swallow version, are unpleasant to say the least. i'm looking for replacement. 3 stars for great quality, minus two stars for the punishing size.

Perfect if you have difficulty stalling the usual size omega tablets. Shame they are so expensive
