My hubby and I always burning a sage stick and this is the BEST design, stop wasting your time with the messy bowls with or shells etc.... this thing just keeps the sage upright and looks great and does not make a huge mess. Plus I think it is much safer . It has a good weight to it too, it's very simple looking and gender neutral . Good gift for anyone! I am purchasing another as a gift for a friend !

Sturdy, good size for catching ashes. Most sticks fit okay but if they are too thin I just insert a toothpick and it works just fine. I feel comfortable leaving it unattended, which says a lot.

This is the smartest item as seen in a while with regards to sage. It stands up in the small space and you can leave it lit and lingering. It also keeps the ashes much more controlled than the shells that you can hold it in.

Its not a bad holder, I have used it as a decorator
