Q: When I press the nozzle, liquid dribbles out of two holes around the bottom of the funnel, is this right? I expect it to be a spraysome kind

Q: Has anyone used for wax on ear drum?

Yes I have used it Successfully. You need to soften the wax prior(depending on how bad it is) the day previous to use and early in day of use. Then it's amatter of regular use(maybe once aweek)to prevent build-up again. Instructions are provided.

Q: Is the bottle refillable?

What would you refill it with? If you are going to refill it with salted water you might as well not buy Audiclean in the first place.

Q: How much pressure does the spray actually produce?

It is just a manual spray there is no pressure as such.
