Q: Is it waterproof enough, because I want to use it when walking my dog, sometimes in rainy weather.

It is a waterproof flashlight, and it can be used normally in rainy days. The shell of the flashlight is also very strong and will not seep water.

It may be 1200 lumens.my 1500 lumen is much brighter. I am disappointed
