It literally tastes like a dessert topping. It would go really well on top of plain yogurt. I noticed the effectiveness just a few days after starting it. This is the fish oil to buy as it doesn't taste like fish just Lemon cream. Very good way to get our Omega 3's. The only thing is the price it's expensive for sure.
