Excellent time teacher
Excellent time teacher. Very sturdy and easy for little gingers to use. Very cleverly thought out with the red and blue colour coding linking the hands to the minutes and hours. Very clear for my daughter to count the minutes individually/in 5s and see the quarter sections. Before we had this clock my daughter showed no interest in learning the time. Now she wears her watch every day and is almost there!

Fantastic learning tool!
Fantastic learning tool. Just the looks sparked enough interest for our boy to interact with it and he has picked it up in no time. The different colours for the hours and minutes works really well, especially with the correlating activity cards. The option to view or hide the time in number format is genius. Only thing I could possible mark it down for at all is how hard it can be to move the red hand. Quite stiff and difficult to move around (and without then accidentally skipping the number you are trying to get to)

Very good
My 7 year old is learning time at school so i thought i would get him this clock to help at home too. It is fantastic! It arrived within a few days and we started using it straight away. Within 2 - 3 days my son has picked up learning the time very well. The clock itself is very well made. What i like about it is, is that it teaches both analogue and digital at the same time or you can just learn analogue as there is a slot with the digital numbers showing or you can cover them up. There are cards supplied with times already on them plus a blank one to do your own but you would need a wipe on/off pen for that(not supplied). All in all i am very impressed with it.

An ok resource
I probably missed the boat with our daughter on this and she's really a bit old now for itThe hands are very stiff for little people to turn and that in itself has meant it has just stayed on the side unused

Well made, excellent item to help my grandson
Very well made. My grandson is just learning to tell the time and this is a very useful thing for him to have. It is well made, big enough for him to do himself, no fiddly little bits.Mel n doug things are quite expensive, but last for years so will last a few generations i think.
