Great sealant - even when wet
I have used this in multiple locations and on multiple surfaces - also in varying weathers. It works every time and (as long a sealed properly) works easily on 2nd use so can be stored for a while as well. setting time allows you to smooth and press (best to use gloves or tool).

Sticks well. Pity about the colour.
Sticks a treat to polycarbonate roof sheeting. Pity about the milky shade of grey. It’s the same shade as grey guttering.

Easy to use.
I have used this on a composite material. My water feature split down one side separating the base from the side. I cleaned the area and applied the sealant. I found that because it was so soft I was able to work it into the crack until it was filled. I left it for a day and re filled with water. It's worked fine. No leaks.

Great stuff but …..
Great stuff but you can’t sand it when it’s dry. It just pulls out the filler. I used this on iron railings and I tried to glue a piece on but it fell down. I think best thing is to smooth this stuff over as you apply it with the nozzle. Not bad filler but does not seem to set like concrete.

Used for flat roof
A panel of my flat roof had lifted slightly and tree seed had got under and a branch was growing, I removed branch and cleaned out under the flap and had originally used no more nails, a few months later the no more nails had un stuck, after cleaning it out, I used this adhesive, it’s great, stinks a bit , and is really sticky on bare skin😂 I placed a couple of bricks over the roof lining whilst it set, 2 days later it is sealed excellent, no water can get it , excellent results for using the correct adhesive 👍🏼 This dries clear , so you can add extra and it doesn’t show just gives that extra seal .

Unique product
Great water ingress problem solver. Not the easiest to use , difficult to get a smooth finish. However it is great for leaks around cracked bead glazing and unlike silicone, this product can be painted and is slower to cure so is easier to use.

Better than silicone
Having tried several times to seal around a leaking wooden window frame with external silicone sealant I looked around and found this. Unlike silicone, this doesn't shrink in the changing seasons and it sticks to wooden frames and glass very well and has withstood some monsoon-like conditions in recent months with no sign of leakage. I'd definitely buy again.
