Bin the whisk
So far I have only put cream on hot chocolate and inside brandy snaps. The instructions are great. Follow them and you will be fine. Only drawback was getting the cylinders as delivery time was a few weeks. However to our surprise they arrived earlier so I waited for a good excuse to use it. It was so easy and quick. So bin the whisk and get one of these, it really is a cool gadget.

Costa quality cream without the Costa price
Set this up today and this is the way I understand it, you fill the canister up with high fat content(double cream) above 500ml I used 600ml, seal the canaster(do not cross the thread) take you're charging capsule of nitrous oxide and take the extension screw cap and screw against the inlet valve, this then transfers the pressure from the charging capsule into the the main cylinder, remove the charging capsule and dispose off, then put the ordinary cap back on, shake afterwards about 15 times it says 5 but it comes out too thin however don't shake too much or you might end up with butter, make sure you clean the nosel after use(3 to choose from). The theory is that 600ml under pressure should turn into 1800ml of squirty cream, you also have the option of customizeing your cream with flavours and kept in the fridge it should last longer. Anyway my family haven't been critical of this device at all so on that basis it must be good.

Not happy about it
I bough this to make whipping cream in a cafe. I also bought the chargers amazon recommended with it.Well, after I have poured 500ml of whipping cream and installed the charger it ran out fairly quickly. I mean the gas finished. When I opened it I have found the charger was completely empty, there was no pressure in side and there was like half of the bottle of semi done whipped cream inside. Waste of money - I think. But I will try different chargers and then perhaps change my rating. For now - 3/5. Why 3? Well it looks really well made and I am really hoping I will be able to change my review.

Use Whipping Cream (Revised review following sellers advise)
This is a revised review. At first i was using Double cream and i could not understand why the cream didn't dispense as whipped. I messaged the seller who was most helpful and i was advised to use whipping cream as the fat content was too high in double cream. Now it works perfectly dispensing all the whipped cream i want so i have gone from 1 star to 5 stars. One tip to share once gassed lay on its side to refridgerate.

Perfect fresh squirty cream!
No flimsy parts which is a big plus. Was a bit apprehensive on my first go but after watching a few YouTube videos I actually made the cream first time. Bought Tesco whipping cream and added a teaspoon of icing sugar. Lasted 5 days in the fridge and tasted the same each time. My only tip so far is to shake the mixture until you dont hear any liquid inside the dispenser. Then squirt a little down the sink, now it's good to go. Shake it too much will turn it to butter(so it says on YouTube) but not experienced that as of yet.

Very stiff threads- almost impossible to twist to close
Unfortunately the threads where you insert the canister are incredibly stiff and is almost impossible to close. The item itself is all metal and very sturdy.
