Nice idea
This is a very interesting mouse. It is designed for playing fps. It works well but there is definitely a learning curve to using it. Not only the fact that the mouse it held vertically it also has a small footprint so you have to actively hold the mouse flat. It is made of all plastic but the plastic and construction feels quality made. The vibration feedback is very strong but is also able to be turned off by a switch on the bottom. Battery life and charging times seem great.Overall this mouse is fun to use for playing games. I do not think you will want it for everyday use but the occasional fps game it is great.

They do not honor warranty or return policy
Upon receiving the Ragnok 2 gun mouse the wireless dongle did not work. When I reached out to the company and after doing their trouble shooting steps I asked for them to replace the dongle or give me a return/refund. They instead only offered a $20 stipend or half off of a new mouse. This is stupid because why would I buy another broken product and waste more money. After asking for a refund and siting the warranty they just gave me the half off coupon code then ghosted me.Beware of this shady company Ragnok (Dywue Technology)

Good but not for me
I got this because I wanted something more ergonomic for me while working, seemed good for that. I didn’t like feeling like I was back at 0 skills with a mouse though. I am not nearly as dexterous or precise with my wrist motions compared to fingertips. Shelved until I get sucked back into fps games, then if I am going to learn Fortnite or something may use for more of a game gun fire.

Soft triggers with long travel time, and backplate is only attached through tension.
Don't be fooled. This isn't a mouse in the traditional sense. That meaning the switches do not click like a normal mouse, instead they travel all the way to the backstop and somewhere along the way the mouse records a click. This is the same with the upper and lower triggers. Also, the backplate that keeps the mouse upright during use does not attach via a button or a switch, rather you just slide it on and the piece hugs the mouse body via tension. I can definitely see that wearing out in the future and causing issues keeping it upright. I immediately sent it back. If they fix those two issues I'll definitely consider buying again, but as of right now $74 is too much.

Average upright mouse
I decided to try this out on impulse because it does look kinda interesting.Inside the box is the mouse, its stabilizing base, and a 36 inch USB C charging cable. The primary handle portion weighs 3.3 ounces and the stabilizing portion adds 1 ounce. This is approximately as much as my Razer Naga weighs. The stabilizing portion contains the dongle for wireless use of this device, but you cannot assemble the two pieces and store the dongle at the same time. These two pieces are held together by friction and not magnetic force or discrete clips. The main "gun handle" part does stay upright on its own without the additional piece. The first thing I notice is that the left and right triggers are spongy with no tactile click, requiring to be depressed about 0.25 inches to register a click on the PC, with additional 0.25 inches before it reaches the end of travel. The lack of a tactile click on the triggers was the most disappointing, since combining a console controller analog trigger with mouse button travel and tactile response would have been a huge win for this device. Given that both mice buttons and firearm triggers have tactile response, I find spongey buttons to be a strange decision on this mouse. The additional circular button below the scroll wheel is a turbo left click at about 12.5 clicks per second. The back of the box says this button is "customized," but the device came with no owner's manual or instructions so I can only assume this means they provided a unique button as opposed to it being programmable. This device is recognized by Windows only as a mouse, so at least it doesn't require any additional drivers.Testing the refresh rate caps out at 515 Hz which is about half of the advertised 1000 Hz claim. DPI settings seem to be accurate at the low and high ends of 800 and 16000.The advertising states that the "simulated recoil" is analogous to discharging a firearm. This feature should be advertised as a simple vibrate/rumble feature because that's all it is.The final thing I notice before using it to play is that deciding to use it wired means your fingers are resting on the USB connector at the front. A small finger shelf here would not go amiss. Trying the mouse out on both an FPS and a Starfox-like flight game yielded no significant change in my normal play or scoring.Overall, I don't feel like it has demonstrated a significant advance. This product is an average vertical/upright mouse in a unique form factor, and I feel like its "handgun grip" design is its only prominent feature.

Not worth it.
This mouse is way too expensive for what it is. It is an interesting concept that is poorly executed. Made of plastic, the base needs to be a lot heavier. Does not feel like recoil, feels like the standard vibration in a regular gaming console controller. I do not recommend this, it is just not worth it!

Long travel triggers, vibration recoil could be better.
This was an impulse buy, because I was playing through some older shooter games. I already use an ergonomic mouse so the change in mouse angle wasn’t a big change for me. The buttons have way more travel than your average mouse. More like a keyboard key. The same fingers trigger the left/right mouse buttons though so it only takes a couple minutes to adjust to the scroll wheel position. The trigger/buttons are nicely shaped and my hand fit great on the mouse and included palm rest. The recoil is not what I was expecting. I was thinking something like strong haptic feedback, short and quick. Instead it’s about a half second of buzzing. No where near recoil like, and it actually made me laugh a little. I played a couple of hours of Half-Life 2 with this and the buzzing quickly became background noise. I just got used to it. I can’t say it enhanced the realism of the game or anything like that but it certainly didn’t get in the way.I applaud the company for trying something different. Additionally the box it came in is a beautiful box with foam cutouts and a magnetic flap. I just don’t know who the target market is other than middle aged men who think a recoil gun shaped mouse sounds pretty cool. Maybe there’s a lot of us!
