A doctor recommended this to me. After a loading phase of two pills twice a day for one week, I'm at the maintenance phase of one pill twice a day. When I wake up and when I go to sleep. There is a noticeable difference after only about 30 or 45 days using this product.

Not great. I have really bad arthritis and I gave it a long time to kick in and do something but this does nothing for pain relief or helping my joints move. Giant pills that stink to high heaven and you’re completely out of luck if you can’t get them down fast enough and the capsule bursts or melts. Not worth the money at all.
