this stuff works great and is great value for money i have been using it for ages now, just remember to shake well before use and 2 small cap fulls goes a long way.

I’ve noticed that two or three people have left negative feedback for this product, so I thought I should maybe adjust the balance a little bit. I’ve found this to be EXTREMELY EFFECTIVE FOR STOPPING FOAM in my hot-tub. One thing to remember before adding it to the water, is that the 5l container must be shaken thoroughly prior to use. I find it easier to decant it into an empty 1l bottle for use. I’ve used other ant-foam additives in the past, some of which were considerably more expensive, and although some of these were every bit as good as this product, I’ve never found any of them to be any better than this one. So, the bottom line is that when this one is finished, I’ll be returning here to by some more of the same. A good product at a good price.

This stuff is amazing! It works within seconds if you put the jets on! Make sure you shake it as if you dont it does not work (this is mentioned on the bottle). I wish it would last longer but they do come back the next day, however i tiny cap full for every hot tub session isn’t really all that bad.

Foam in a hot tub is so annoying! My family get in and sometimes they forget that deodorant and creams etc cause the dreaded foam. I bought this based on the reviews and I tipped in a couple of cap fulls and before my eyes (YES it works that fast) the foam was gone! Buy this if your hot tub gets foam on the top.

Not very effective, a lot of product needed regularly to clear bubbles. Almost like it’s been watered down. I will buy a more expensive one in future

A Let Down... Not even a year has passed and the 4.5 ltrs I have remaining is useless. Why buy a large 'COST EFFECTIVE' bottle if it goes bad before you have the chance to use it, this is a poor quality product and in my case was not doing its job reducing foam but also adding black slimy lumps into the Hot Tub when I needed to use it this season. It was stored correctly and I even decanted an amount into a smaller more convenient bottle for more regular use, but this suffered the same fate. Yet the product I purchased was supplied by Amazon ten months ago. I sent pictures and batch information to the manufacturers who were very prompt in responding, they contacted the actual real manufacturers who said they could not verify the reason why it had gone like this. I can only assume that some form of cross-contamination has occured (maybe in the bulk mixing process or the bottle may have had other residues from manufacture inside still when being filled) and this has degraded the efficacy of the chemistry and therefore is now suitable for algea or contaminants to form in the liquid. The actual consistency was like when milk goes bad and lumpy, with black flakes of soemthing within. If you are enticed by the price of this product and the large volume you get for your money.. think again, it could be only good value if you use it quickly or if your luck is better than mine and it does not go bad, in my case I opted to buy another bottle from the Suds Online Brand and bought a 1 litre bottle which does the job very well, its not the cheapest but it actually works and doesn't put black slimy lumps into your crystal clean spa. I am in the process of trying to get a refund from Amazon for this product as suggested by the supplier/manufacturer, but I don't expect they will be making that process easy.. Wish me luck!
