Do these come with replacement axle?

These are supplied with just a split pin to secure the pad, I use the original securing device (screw in pin) that came with the bike from new.

Will these fit the slx M7100?

I dont think these will fit. The fins are different shape. You need the JO3 pads. For M7000/ M7100
