I have tried five for my grandsons none have worked had to send them all back I tried to contact the company no email back it’s been two months And still no charge your help

What happened to the original battery. Did you condition? Meaning, run the battery at lest 3 time’s charging the board everytime? Iim sure if you contact the company they have them

My son was 4 when he got it and did great . It is pretty small though . I would say about 10-12.
