Not much to say about this really. Its just a step - quite strong because I am not a size 10 - and I have loved it. You just clip the bits on the bottom into each side to give you more height. I have not got that far yet lol, still struggling with first height! Its sturdy and easy to add the side bits too. Very pleased with it. :)

Great but of kit for steady use off average size people. Had a larger guy jump on to one and Craked it. Did not stop me from buying 4 more though for the Boxers circuits classes

I bought the Mirafit for its stable adjustable platform, it is both of these even when preforming more explosive exercises.For reference I weigh 85 kg and use it both on wooden and carpet flooring.Better yet the price is quit reasonable too.

My daughter thinks this tool is wonderful for her keep fit class!

This stepper board is well made and is a perfect accompanyment to aerobic exercise routines that I regularly stream from my smart TVs or ipad
