Excellent I always use this purchased this product so many times I've lost count. Hair looks natural colour after using . The colour retains and lasts . Covers grey hair, and hair feels soft and looks healthy afterwards.

Easy to use, has the plastic gloves included.
Used for over 7 years now, the colour covers grey well. Make sure you leave it on for the recommend time frame. Leaves hair in a nice condition, not dry. I'd recommend and buy again.

Doesn't work on my hair
Doesn't cover grey hair. Was wondering why roots came through so quick (with 10 days) Hair dresser said it wasn't managing to penetrate the grey. Also more red in colour than golden. Will be switching back to L'oreal
