Arrived empty!
One of the bottles was almost empty! Not even spilled into the packaging, just empty! So the product can’t be used now without step 1. Ruined my plans. So disappointed

Made my head look like a chip pan
Horrible. I followed the instructions up until step 3 where I only put around half of the product on because it felt extremely greasy. I then tried to blow dry my hair and it is a disgusting greasy mess. I'll now have to wash my hair about 3 times to get this crap out! Don't waste your money

not the best considering price
Very disappointed in this product after using it it really had zero effect to my hair so I did Mayo instead and it worked well and have used Mayo for a week after dying my hair from red to blond
