Once you trim a few pieces of the hair to get it more relaxed, it’s better. Santa hat isn’t a good quality hat, but gets the job done.

We used this set for our Christmas in July “Vacation Santa” event, and it did the job! The wig and beard looked synthetic up close, but the kids never really noticed — they just loved seeing Santa. The hat fit well and completed the classic look. It wasn’t super fancy, but it pulled the outfit together nicely, especially paired with flip-flops and swim trunks!
