So I have used an epilator before which cost tons more and in comparison was rubbish!This one is much faster than my Braun silk epil 9. Which means less ought!! It is quieter and doesn’t set my tinnitus off 👍If you are new to epilating then it’s important to know that you have to go over the hair in different directions or it won’t take it all.This model has done a far superior job to my BraunThe shaver head was a bonus in my view so able to trim other more sensitive areas.I am very impressed- obviously it has a year guarantee- great bit of kit.Fast charge is fab too as the Braun was an overnight job

Charged after delivery on 19th March. The red light for low charge finally appeared on 24th June after having used it around once a week. Having owned Braun models before this epilator I can't believe how much better it removes hair. It would take ages with a Braun, going over and over again. Hair always came back quickly too, I suspect it broke more than it pulled out. Now there's not much regrowth so it's really quick. I'm not overly hairy and am used to epilators so I cannot vouch for how painless it is to others. I will say it can be very rough on the skin if not careful. I find it easier to hold due to the shape which I also like. Would definitely recommend buying this.

I returned it as I was afraid the on/off bottom will break. It was very hard to slide. I will buy a more expensive machine that lasts longer.

I had a small problem with the epilater, contacted seller, had reply in hours offering full refund or replacement, I chose replacement which arrived very quickly. New item works OK. So much of the hair either doesn’t grow back or if it does, it’s good for a long time compared with constantly shaving 🪒I’m working up the courage to use it on other areas now. Hopefully, it will work just as well 🤞🏻

Ok so I've used an epilator before, so I know how it feels. It hurts. Not alot, but it does. So my unit just came in today, and I use it for the first time because it was already somewhat charged in the box. Now I'm not a small person, and I have very thick coarse dark hair. I managed to do the bottom half of my left leg in about 5 minutes time. Now, if you've ever epilated before, you know that you should prepare your skin by exfoliating your skin first, and soaking in a hot bath to open up your pores. I didn't do any of that when I did the bottom part of my leg, because I was just trying it out. Even though I didn't do any preparation, this machine still managed to get the majority the hair off my leg, and the pain was minimal. The only hair left are the ones that were too short to catch, and the fine hairs that probably broke while being pulled out. I have to say, so far I'm pretty impressed. For a cheap unit, it works pretty well. For how long, idk. I intend to finish up the job after I take a hot bath. I can't wait to have smooth legs that stays smooth for a while. And I certainly can't wait to use this on my face. They're not quite long enough to catch. I have patches of very coarse, dark hair on my lip and under my chin (not as much hair as a guy). I shave it every single day, sometimes twice a day. I can't wait to see it gone for a while...

This is a good mid priced epilator. I’m having an issue with a lot of my hair breaking off instead of being pulled out. I’ve tried all of the tricks to solve the issue to no avail. It could just be me at this point.I use it for legs, arms, underarms and face and it works equally well for all . If you are a beginner use the device in the shower. It GREATLY reduces the discomfort. When not in the shower I’ve found the best results are gotten if I keep a bottle of warm water to spray onto the area I’m working on. Keep it warm and damp and the hair comes out easier which leads to much less discomfort. Used regularly the texture of the hair becomes finer and softer and becomes painless to remove.

So, I've had this product since Dec 2021 and although painful to start with, it was nice to not have e to shave anymore. However, about a year ago it started acting up and won't charge properly anymore, so it will only run a little amount of time before it shuts off. Although, for the money, it is still a decent deal.

I don't know how this compares to other epilators since it is my first one, but I purchased this based on positive reviews and the price--if epilating was not for me, I didn't want to be out 50+ bucks. It arrived quickly and it's aesthetically pleasing. It charges very quickly with the included charger. The epilating process was PAINFUL--I used to get waxed/sugared regularly and thought I could handle the pain, but the first epilating session was brutal, probably because you're pulling out hairs in smaller amounts over a longer period of time and also because you are the one in charge which means you can stop when it hurts...and also I started my trying my bikini line so it was trial by fire haha. I exfoliated before and after and honestly just chipped away at it over a few days instead of trying to mow it all down in one session, and that helped. I got red irritation bumps and they faded within a few days, and there was blood on some spots which I'm told is normal. It lasted for a few weeks and that was absolutely amazing. And the second time really was easier and less painful. I prefer sugaring but with COVID and not wanting to spend money, this was a perfectly adequate substitute. Recommend if you want to see if epilating is something.you can tolerate and don't want to drop a ton of money on a Braun.
