best perm blue hair dye i’ve used
i use temporary blue dye once a month to keep my colour vibrant (directions) but have struggled to find a good perm base colour - this is without a doubt the best permanent blue colour and coverage i have found in 3 years. used the recommended l’oreal developer with it.

Not what it was supposed to be!
Colour isn’t anywhere near what it was supposed to be. It claims to be majirouge c7,64 but absolutely isn’t. I get married in 4 weeks and my hair is completely the wrong colour. Will never buy again.
