The sauerkraut is very good. The no of probiotic is also mentioned. Taste is tangy and fresh. When delivered, slight leakage was there, but after refrigerating, the flavors developed and there was no damage to its quality. When I have it with meals, it helps to relieve bloating and uncomfortable feeling that comes with indigestion.

Most of the urban platter products are generally good. This particular product is also good yo taste but the packaging does not work with it. I've ordered it more than twice and both times the lid of the mason jar is rusted on the inside.
