RiedellSparkle Ice Skates - Recreational Soft Beginner Figure Ice Skates | Snow

I LOVE these skates!!! I am a former professional figure skater and have used Riedell skates my whole life. I just bought these for my three-year-old daughter, and we both love them! Switching from rental skates to these made my daughter a better skater overnight! Seriously, these skates transitioned her from tentative marching on the ice to confident skating and gliding! It was amazing, and my only regret is not purchasing these sooner! They look so good with the sparkles (SO CUTE!!!), and the skates are so comfortable my daughter wears them around the house and doesn't want to take them off. She says they are "much cozier" then the rental skates she had been using. Like all Riedell skates, they are high quality, and SO much easier to skate in than rentals or cheap floppy skates. I 'm not sure they would have enough support for jumps, but they are PERFECT for a basic skills level skater! :) We love them!!!

My daughter is just getting into skating and the only thing that has ever held her back (besides falling on her tush) was the discomfort of wearing skates. We talked to a figure skating instructor who advised us to look for skates with a padded upper ankle support. These skates slid right on with no complaints. I asked her repeatedly after practice if her skates hurt and she said no. I’d definitely recommend these skates if your child is complaining of their feet or ankles hurting with skating.

I started skating this year (2024) and I was looking for a chic style and budget-friendly skates. I tried this one out, and I was so happy!!! The ankle part is thick - which they said is meant for professionals - but I feel so supported that I am not afraid that I will break my ankle.Be sure to sharpen them upon arrival. Also, I wear 10 on women's shoes, and I got myself a size 9 on this skate. It would feel big if you wear thin socks, but since I prefer thick socks it's great for me.

These were recommended by our skate coach as we needed something a bit better than the baseline skates we found on Amazon. Yes, they are a bit pricier but they offer a far better ankle support which will save your ankles from an injury and are worth the money. Don’t forgot to factor in sharpening. Great for a relatively novice skater just starting to work on more advanced turns/maneuvers.

I usually wear size 7.5 sneakers and so I ordered size 7 ice skates. They are too narrow and small for me so I returned them. I ordered Jackson size 7 instead and they fit fine. The item was packaged well and I was issued refund promptly. Really appreciate it!

These skates are 100 times better than the ice-rink rental skates. Went from not being able to skate a full circle around the rink after months using rental skates, to being able easily skate the rink.

My family and I have taken up i e skating this year. My son takes lessons while my husband. And I skate. I have always loved ice skating but never had my own ice skates. I love these, they are comfortable plenty of cushion and the sparkle is just the right touch of bling. Price is spot on.

We are so impressed with the quality of these skates. We measured the shoe size according to the chart in millimeters and they are perfect.The blades came sharpened, so my daughter could get straight onto the ice. I would recommend buying longer laces to make sure they’re tight enough (or else not much to work with).
