I got this product for my husband. He drinks 1 cup in the morning and then one in the evening for his swelling legs. He has been feeling a lot better.

I laughed at myself (and got some side-eye from my husband) for buying this tea since it reads more like something you’d drink post-surgery or after an illness, but there I was sipping it on a random Tuesday in spring. I absolutely love the flavor and do notice a subtle difference when I drink it. Nothing major, but as a 30-something mom of two and a teacher of littles, any little boost is welcomed. The price is a bit higher than everyday tea, but still great value if you don’t mind spending a little extra.

To be honest the taste was good but I don't know if it really even worked
