Honestly, any Henle edition's layout and print quality are excellent. It just makes playing so much easier when the notes are clear and easy to read.

This is an excellent version - well laid out, easy to follow, and the urtext is always good to have as a reference. So glad to get it at a reasonable price.

Prelude No..one easy to read. and ideal to use with James Rhodes book " How to play the piano" (in six weeks). The further contents will require a little more work and tuition. See James Rhodes performing in concert for inspiration.

Clearly printed urtext edition with excellent fingering and used by many concert pianists and professional musicians. It also provides useful guidance on interpretation to include articulation.The ABRSM edition is also excellent with more help on playing ornaments. Both are highly recommended, I would suggest using both for selecting fingering and playing ornaments. The delivery of the product was excellent.

As recommended by my concert pianist piano teacher. There's lots of explanation and instruction in the introduction if desired. This means that the pieces aren't full of excessive over-editing.

Great editions of Bach's WTC. As always it is a great clear easy to read edition as you would expect from Henle.

The Henle edition of the Well Tempered Clavier is excellent, the best edition I have. Concert pianist Sir Andras Schiff wrote the Preface and worked on the fingerings that are notated throughout. I highly recommend this Henle edition for intermediate and advanced pianists who want to learn the WTC and are up to the challenge.
