I really like this product. Very sturdy. It's a little loose for my small wrists but this didn't impact my improved grip. I did use youtube to make sure I set it up on both hands correctly but it does have "left" and "right" on each hand to tell you which is which. This has allowed me to just set it up with the correct fold into the loop once and I never need to do it again unless it comes undone in my gym bag.

These straps are amazing just what I needed to help with my weightlifting to release any added on extra tension on my wrists. They are great value for money and they came the next day so great delivery service. The length is perfect not to long not to short. And they are made very well.

Straps themselves are fine but due to the extra padding on them you can't tighten them all the way if you have small hands for proper support. I just gave them to a friend instead.
