To be honest, these were an impulse buy, as I was feeling nostalgic, remembering when I used to skate practically everywhere as little kid, and I'm not disappointed that I bought them! I'm approx a size 5.5 UK and the size L fit me with a tiny bit of space left in the toes. I did up the laces and strapped myself in, not expecting much but a bruised behind and the inability to walk properly for a day or two, but I was pleasantly surprised to find the wheels had smooth bearings and I wasn't having my ankles shattered as they're lovely and padded. My only complaint is that the stoppers wear out very quickly, and they're not really rubbery at all, so they might not be the most ideal thing for skating at rinks where the floor is smoother, but they do okay on tarmac/concrete. I've only been out 3-4 times for about 30 minutes each time, so I can't say much for their longevity, but I'm definitely impressed at their quality for the price I paid for them, saved me a good £20 at least!

My boys and now my daughter have really enjoyed these they are easy to get on and off as well as making them bigger and smaller .

My boys got these for Xmas loved them. Well made and seem like they will last. Good that they can be extended size wise too if their feet grow.

I got 3 pairs of these skates for my 3 kids. I think they're great for newbies and the size adjuster is great. Not like the old fisher price ones.
