Great heat, great flavor
For me and my tastes this is the perfect hot sauce. The flavor is so good! For years I grew my own scorpion peppers and this sauce doesn't dilute that flavor a whole lot which I love. It's not watery nor does it contain tons of vinegar. It's the perfect consistence for dipping chicken into or even topping a burger with. I genuinely use it on everything and will be rebuying this again and again. My only complaint is that I don't think I can get a larger bottle.

This has become my favorite hot sauce
It's pretty difficult to describe how spicy a sauce really is since most brands very misleadingly just tell you the Scoville heat units of the peppers, not the sauce itself, and then you have absolute lunatics who say they go through a bottle of Da Bomb in a week using it as an every-day condiment who would call this sauce 'weak'. I will say I've also tried Melinda's ghost pepper sauce, which is one of the other two in this 5/5 heat tier. Their ghost pepper sauce was my previous favorite, and when I tried sharing it with my family (who aren't crazy about heat), they told me they couldn't even find a use for it because it was too spicy for them. This scorpion pepper sauce is a noticeable step up in heat over their ghost pepper flavor, and definitely the hottest commercial sauce I've ever had (other than Da Bomb), although I wouldn't say it's crazy hot. I put this on a lot of different foods, and a relatively small dab of it on each bite is enough for some extra kick and great flavor. I use a bit less of this sauce than others because it's quite a bit hotter, so a single bottle has lasted me a couple months even though it's my go-to. Fantastic flavor and it's probably hotter than anything you'll find at supermarkets, so I couldn't recommend it enough!

Complex flavor profiles
Excellent product. Melinda's has a lot of great flavors. Each one is distinctively different. These are not hot like Tabasco - they are much better. There is a lot of heat, don't get me wrong, but there are flavors and profiles, from start to finish. I will be buying the complete line of this product, based on the couple/few I have already tried.

Spicy AF and sooooo tasty!
I was never a spicy person. Always wondered why people would subject themselves to such pain. Then a friend turned me on to Melinda's Ghost Pepper Sauce. And that about killed me. But I kept at it and realized I enjoyed the pain and even the natural high I got from it. Then I started noticing the flavor peeking through. And after a few bottles tried this Scorpion version. And oh man. Even hotter still! And even more delicious. I aint going to be claim to be a connoisseur and say I can taste all these random things in this review. Notes of blah and all that. So to be simple: This stuff is hot AF and super tasty

It's all right
I see a lot of the reviews are going on about the "flavor", but... like I don't know. Maybe the pandemic just made me into a bitter person or something, but I feel like it's one of the most bland sauces I've used. That means it's good to add to something when you don't really want to overpower the flavor of it, though. So that's not really a bad thing. It's definitely spicy, but the heat doesn't seem to linger too much. Even compared to some of the ghost pepper and jolokia sauces I've tried. It's all right, but it hasn't been my favorite.
