WHere can I get a replacement lid?

I have seen the same type of lid on Amazon. Type in thermal mug replacement lid

Does the lead screw on?

No the lid sits on tightly. If it drops or tips over, the lid stays on. Once the lid is on, there is a lever that slides easily with your thumb or finger to move to open the slot to drink OR close it up.

Why can't you drink a soda?

I don't see why you couldn't I have drank cold beverages from this includes soda.
