Great for the kids!
If you're looking for fish oil for your kids, or you just don't like swallowing capsules, I can highly recommend Carlson fish oil. It comes in both lemon and orange flavours and both of them do a great job of masking the awful taste of the fish oil. According to the kids, the lemon flavour is nicer but they don't seem to mind the orange flavour either. I just buy whichever happens to be cheapest when our supply is getting low!I give my kids a single 5ml spoonful (think Calpol spoon) per day and my 4 and 8 year old both take it happily every morning. Adults might want to go for 2 spoonfuls per day as you want nearer to 4000mg of Omega 3 if possible, but I think 1 spoonful per day is enough for the kids. At that rate I get 50 days supply from one of these bottles which isn't too bad for a high quality fish oil.The only downside is that due to this being an imported product, the price has been steadily creeping up as the value of the pound drops. I can't knock the product for that, but it's just something to be aware of. As mentioned above, the lemon and orange flavours are rarely the same price, so it's worth a quick comparison to see which is cheapest at the time. Finally, as stated on the label, make sure you always store the bottle in the fridge, just to make sure the oil doesn't go rancid. The product does contain vitamin E to help prevent this from happening, but even so keeping it below 5C once opened is essential in my opinion.By the way, if you want capsules instead, go for the BULK POWDERS Super Strength Omega 3 Softgels, 1000 mg. There's no better value Omega 3 capsule out there and you can find those on Amazon too.

High quality oil, Great taste even for kids. Not strong fish taste
Great mild taste which is very appealing for children! some of other fish oils have too strong taste, and my young children' wouldn't take them. but this has no strong fishy taste and slighly lemony. children have no problem taking this every morning. the bottle is huge, and i only give 5ml each time one teaspoon, so it lasts a very long time too. i've chosen this brand after lots of research for safety and quality info. this company is trustworthy and produce high quality products. and i'm very happy with this, i'll try cod liver oil next time though! anyways, i have tried quite a few omega3 / fish oils in the past, and this one is definitely one of the best! no hesitation to recommend to all

Healthy oil, both culinary and remedy.
Have been using this oil for about 5 years, e.g. on salads and as a remedy for painful joints. It works!

Best Omega 3 Oil I have found.
I've been taking this supplement for a while now and I cannot fault it for taste, and lack of any fishy aftertaste. In terms of benefits, I can only say that my doctor has recommended that I continue to do whatever it is I do after he checked my recent blood test results and medical examination. I love the fact that I only have to take a teaspoon full instead of several capsules. The only downside is the glass bottle makes it difficult to travel with, and I travel a fair bit. One other slight concern I have is the sudden increase of price from £29 to £40.....quite a jump and doesn't really justify the excuse given by the seller regarding shipping and exchange rates, are we already jumping on the 'Brexit' price increase bandwagon???Nevertheless, this is a great product, and I cannot find a suitable replacement, so I'll be buying again.

I am satisfied with this product, it is just crazy expensive
I would love to know after paying so much for this product whether it was stored properly, and refrigerated prior to the purchase - as it needs to be stored in the fridge to preserve its natural benefits. Other than that it is a good product, but possibly will buy it from somewhere else in the future.

Always the best
Have been using this fish oil for years. Started as I had rheumatic problems in my fingers. I was advised to buy this and it worked wonders.

The very finest
Taste is lemon, no surprise there. I know a doctor who conducted a detailed toxicology analysis of the contents of one of these bottles and found it free of any toxins. Has kept well, but then again I put it in my fridge, so I don't know how long it would last out in the open. The only problem is that after awhile the cap can get hard to open/close if you close it with some fish oil dribbling down from the top (a problem which can be solved by washing the top of the bottle when this happens).
