Skatro Mini Cruiser Skateboard. 22x6inch Retro Style Plastic Board Comes Complete

Had a look at quite a few of these mini boards or penny boards as they are also known. Decided on the Skatro as the trucks are solid, ready tuned and it comes with a tool to allow you to adjust them as time goes on if required. This was for my son but I gave the board a test drive or two :). Smooth ride, strong board, wheels look 'sick' and he loves the overall appearance. It is a higher price than others but well worth it for the build and component quality.

I bought 3 of these skateboards for my granddaughters, age 9 and 6 year old twins. I did research these as best I could as I wanted them to enjoy learning to cruise on a skateboard and wanted boards that would help them learn and give them confidence. There are cheaper boards but apparently some tend to veer off to one side and others with them not rolling smoothly and the wheels being too tight. I know that these problems can be resolved but I don't know enough about adjusting things and with the Skatro boards, they were perfect straight out of the box. This was just as well as the 3 girls were on them straight away. They can all balance quite well as they have roller boots and heelies and my 9 year old got it straight off. I had watched a you-tube video about how to begin and how to place your feet and by shifting your weight, how to change direction. I am so pleased as the girls are obsessed with their boards and learning new things every day. They are feeling "really cool" and Nana is "the best"!!

My daughter 14 chose this for her birthday and has been seen skating around everywhere she goes ever since! She skates with her friends and to school and even to take our dog for a walk! She absolutely loves her penny skateboard! We love the retro colours and design and think it was amazing value for money compared to the other boards she was looking at. A great success. I know a few people who have bought one of these boards in various colours and after riding on them I decided to buy one myself. They are guaranteed good quality rides as well as looking very cool. Upgrading the bearings for yourself couldn't hurt but at this price you certainly can't complain. The super nova is a great design with wheels that still look cool even when dirty, however, there is an issue with how it's wrapped meaning it comes with gaps in the wrap and can chip on the top fairly easily. It isn't too big of a deal and customer support were very helpful and offered me a partial or a full refund but for now I would say stick with a block colour board. I have asked them to update me if they resolve this issue but for now I will still recommend the other boards enthusiastically.

This product is outstanding. Beautifully designed and engineered with a wonderful selection of colours. My grand daughter tried it out when we presented it to her at her birthday meal, and seemed absolutely delighted. I cannot fault the order process from start to finish and it actually arrived a day before which was wonderful because I did not have to worry about it arriving in time for the birthday meal!!! 1 of my 4 wheels goes really fast as desired, the other 3 do not. Simply put, the board is quite nice, rather crappy if you own an official Penny Board but it does the job. I was skating and my wheel came off due to the nut being a bit too lose. Unfortunately, on this board you can only loosen the nuts a tiny bit which really slows the wheel turns. My Penny Board allows the nuts to be very far away from the wheel and are still very sturdy and will not move. I am trying to find a replacement for the bearings as well as replacement wheel nuts but Skatro won't respond to the email. It's alright. Not the best, I would rather spend £70 and get an official Penny Board cruiser.

Bought for daughters birthday present and we are delighted with it. It is strong and sturdy and easy to use. Ok it is a little more expensive than some of the other models on Amazon, but you get what you pay for. This board is built to last and give endless enjoyment. Would definitely recommend.

I bought a board from this company last December. After two days one of the pivot cups (a small rubber piece that helps the board turn more smoothly) was ripped by the hanger of the board. At the time it didn’t matter to me because I was an amateur and didn’t know what it was. I emailed support and they told me to replace it. Months went by and I didn’t do it. After a while I finally decided to buy the part and I replaced it. Two days later it ripped again. I got pretty angry by this and I emailed them and told them about the problem as it was an obvious problem I’m their manufacturing. The owner contacted me directly and told they were very sorry about the problem and they sent me a BRAND NEW board absolutely free!! I can’t even believe how easy that was. They told me customer satisfaction is their top priority and I believe them. The new board arrived the next day and I’m already using it everyday anywhere I go. It’s the perfect board for beginners and for people who need a small compact board at an affordable price. And if you don’t get it by now, this is company you can trust. The new board is faultless and of pure quality. I 100% recommend this brand! They will make sure you get the best of the best!!

color is unique. easy to learn and my 7 year old son can ride on it with a few trial. smooth and can slide far. recommend it.

First off, I'm just learning how to skate and I needed something small to throw in a backpack so I decided on a penny board. I didn't want to pay $100+ on one, and Skatro fit the price point. I received my board 1 day early which was nice, and it came with everything described. It's really well built and rides smooth. I've been practicing every day since I received it on Aug. 2nd and I can cruise pretty well, it's not so hard to learn if you put in the time and YouTube some stuff. Basically, it's a plastic penny board and it works great: tough, enough flex for comfort and the trucks and bearings are quite smooth out of the box - I'm super happy with my purchase. I'd also like to note the CEO of the distribution company sent me a personal email making sure I got the board on time and that everything was in order upon receiving it, and we had a back and forth as well. I'd like to think that if you did have a problem, they could resolve it pretty quickly. Because of this, I'm gonna stick with Skatro for any future purchases. TL;DR: VERY good quality for the price, amazing customer support. Very happy with my purchase, would recommend for a beginner learning to penny board like myself.
