A Must-Have for Walking Dead Fans!
As a huge Walking Dead fan, I had high expectations for this 10-inch Rick Grimes Deluxe Action Figure, and it absolutely delivers. The detail is incredible—from Rick’s rugged facial expression to the battle-worn outfit, everything looks realistic and screen-accurate. The paint job is well done, with weathering effects that make it look like Rick just walked out of the apocalypse. The articulation is decent for a figure of this size, allowing for some solid posing options. The included accessories, like his signature revolver and rifle, are also nicely detailed and fit well in his hands. The figure has a good weight to it, making it feel high-quality and durable. Pros: Incredibly detailed and screen-accurate sculpt High-quality paintwork with realistic weathering Comes with well-crafted accessories Sturdy and well-balanced for display A must-have for Walking Dead collectors Cons: Limited articulation compared to smaller figures Could use a display stand for more dynamic posing Overall, this is a fantastic collector’s piece for any Walking Dead fan. Whether you’re displaying it on a shelf or adding it to your collection, Rick Grimes has never looked better in action figure form. Highly recommended!

Awesome figure but not a toy
Very happy! Incredible, highly detailed sculpt, with wrinkles in the clothing, a watch, wedding ring, finger nails and a leathery look to the boots. The likeness to Andrew Lincoln is very good, and is definitely recognizable as him. The painting is virtually flawless, except for a very minor instance on the Colt Python where there is a slight but of the silver paint (used on the rest of the gun) on the handle, but this is very minor and barely noticable. I only noticed upon very close inspection. The accessories are again, highly detailed. They guns have holes in the barrels, and the knife has a groove in it. The revolver fits nicely in the holster when you use the rifle pose. The rifle and knife fit into the hands very easily, while staying in place, but the revolver is more difficult to get into the hand. It does go in because the fingers are somewhat flexible, but be careful because they could conceivably break. The figure is not very articulated, so do not buy this as a toy to play with, as it is more a display piece. The wrist on his right arm moves, the left arm moves in the around to angle aiming the weapon, and left arm on the alternative arm moves in the same way, the boots move slightly for standing him up, and the waist moves ever so slightly, also. Overall I am very happy with this figure, as a display piece, but do not buy for a child to play with.

Great display piece at a great price
The reviews i have seen for this item are very disheartening and i am going to tell you my honest opinion and you can take this information and ignore it or you can take my words into consideration. The quality of this figure is 10/10 there is detail everywhere you look from the shirt, to the skin, to the trousers and the weapons. This figure is quite cheap for what you get and i have done a lot of research on it because of the comments i have seen and i don't know what they are complaining about. This product is less of a figure and more of a statue because of its very limited movement and is a display piece. There is only one niggle that i have and its that the arm that is used for holding the handgun is very hard to get on the figure and because it is so hard to get on i didn't use it even though i managed to fit it on. It will never be a perfect fit without some narrowing of the peg that holds it on. I would definitely recommenced this to someone who wants a rick statue, likes the rifle that hes holding as standard and wants a display piece. It came nicely packaged and was fun to unpack and display.

Almost perfect but worth every penny.
I love this figure but I'm only giving it 4* because of one thing and thats how difficult it was to switch the arms over, I'm glad you have the option to change but it took me around 25minutes to get the arm in. The original arm came off no problem but I had to use a lot of force to fit the other one, so much that I thought it was going to break. Maybe this was just a bad one from the batch but thats the only bad thing about this. The details are great, he looks just brilliant. Good size and weight and the feet are adjustable to help him stand upright. Any Rick or Walking Dead fan would love this. One little hitch but worth it as this is guy is great and well worth the money.

Excellent value, superb figure
Superb detailing and a good likeness of the character, nice assessories and cool packaging, although mine arrived in an EU market box rather than the American English version. No big deal though. Top tip - use a hair dryer to soften the hands before attaching the weapons. Just 10 seconds an inch away from the hands and they become really pliable. Same with getting the arms on and off - quick blast with a hairdryer and it's a piece of cake. Delighted with this, Mcfarlane have done an amazing job for the price point. I do wish the figure came with a custom stand though. It stands on its own but a stand always looks better and offers more security. I'll be kit bashing a custom stand myself.

Really good figure, looks exactly like him
Really good figure, looks exactly like him! I know people have mentioned it being 'hard' to switch the arms, so here's a quick tip: get the arm you want to put on him, boil the kettle and place boiling water into a mug and put his arm in (don't worry, this will not damage the arm, I know as I make custom figures). Leave it in for a minute and remove the arm. Try putting the arm in as quick as possible before the plastic hardens again. The arm should slot in fine. The plastic loosens with heat but doesn't damage easily :) Anyway that's my tip for anyone struggling! Overall, I absolutely love this figure! I would have gotten the other action figures but since seeing them in my local shop, they look too small for my liking. This Rick Grimes has a superb likeness and looks amazing however you display him. He's going in front of my walking dead DVDs! 5* !!

Wow wow! What a great figure.
I am a huge walking dead fan and as soon as I saw this figure I had to have it. As another reviewer says it's nicely packaged and the detail is absolutely amazing! Even down to his watch and wedding ring. The interchangeable arm is a real nightmare to change, I even broke the rifle trying to get it off but it was only the bolt recieving handle and was soon repaired. After about half an hour of struggling to get the arm off I had another 20 minutes trying to get the pistol in his hand. Once I had done that it looked great so I slung the rifle over ricks shoulders with the strap and now he looks fantastic with his pistol and rifle ready to go. It's a must have for all walking dead fans. Great value. I can't stop looking at it!

Better a lone wolf . . .
Is it just me, or has McFarlane Toys lost its way a bit. I remember the days when I would be literally bouncing off the walls at the announcement of a new line of McFarlane action figures. Sadly, in most recent years, this is not the case. Since they have dropped their seven inch sculpts in favour of a more economical and lower quality, four inch scale, I usually find myself adopting a wait a see approach to their products. I haven't purchased any of their four inch Walking Dead figures due to their small size, lower quality and toy like appearance. But when they released the ten inch deluxe Daryl Dixon action, they caught my attention. I purchased it and was, for the most part, extremely happy. So to buy the ten inch Rich Grimes, to add as a compainion piece was a no brainer. Unfortunately, McFarlane have once more dropped the ball. Whether it be due to time constraints or money, it is clear that McFarlane have cut a few corners here. Looking more like a cross between Chuck Norris and Sharlto Copley, the facial sculpt on this figure is dissapointing to say the least. The body sculpt is good, with extremely detailed accessories, excluding the knife. And the paint work on the body is impressive as well. But then you are back to the face. Looking as though he has taken a few blows to the head, he looks more like Rick Grimes the bare knuckle boxer than Sheriff's Deputy. And the paint job on the head is equally as bad. The beard is patchy and far too dark. It also doesn't blend well with his skin tone, giving a rather abrupt edge to it, resulting in a few of the sculpted details (his lips) looking falsesly swollen. Another dissapintment is that when placed next to the deluxe Daryl Dixon figure, of the same line, it becomes extremely apparent that they are not to scale with one another. Daryl is quite significantly smaller than Rick, which is only accentuated by Daryl's slightly crouched stance. This was the most dissaponting aspect of the new figure, as I had hoped to eventually build a collection of these scaled (incorrectly) figures. But they just look odd stood beside each other. Daryl appears almost child height, when placed beside the new Rick. If you're a huge Walking Dead fan, then I know you'll probably buy it no matter what you read or see. But if you were impressed with the Daryl Dixon figure and were looking for a companion piece, this really isn't it. He'll be better off alone, like the lone wolf he is on the show.
