Great product easy to swallow and nice container.

I like this Vitamin C product. Because Vitamin C is water soluble Vitamin it is not stored in the body. As soon as you take a high dose Vitamin C. Your body can only use a certain amount in short period of time. The rest is just excreted & wasted. Sustained release means the lower amounts of Vitamin C is released slowly over several hours. So more is utilised by the body and less is excreted & wasted. The bioflavanoids & rose hip extract increase the Vitamin C's effectiveness in biological processes. Essential for collagen synthesis ( muscles, joints & tendons)hair, skin & nail growth & immune function. Tablet size is not too big, so easy to swallow. Taste is negligible.
