Love this! I have been taking this for 10 days now as my hair was falling a lot recently. I am still loosing hair but in smaller quantity and my hair overall looks so much healthier and people are noticing!

I think this product is great value for money. When you consider the fact that you should only take one a day and that there's 50 capsules. I bought this product to help my body absorb more protien and as of so far, I can see a massive improvement.
