Q: Will these work with a hat?

I wear a cap or hat 90% of my waking hours and never have had a problem. I prefer my sunglasses to have a cable temple but my preferred brand no longer produces cable temples so I tried these earhooks. I like them better than cable temples as they don't chafe your ears some cable temples do.

Q: Will theses work with over the ear hearing aides?

They should not interfere with your hearing aid it actually sits to the side of of the back of your ear..

Q: Do they make the ear piece on the actual glasses more comfortable?

If you are trying to make the glasses more comfortable, you should probably see the optician who sold you the glasses (maybe to make the temples farther apart or change their shape with heat). These appliances keep the glasses from sliding down your nose. On the other hand, these are very comfortable.

Q: Will these keep your glasses from falling off if you're at a festival where you are dancing and headbanging?

Should keep your glasses on but depends on how aggressive the head banging is. These things can only do so much.
