Is this vest CE certified ?

There is no CE marking on vest. The label it does have is in Chinese. Translation reads: GA68-2008 Police stab-resistant clothing. I'm assuming this is the Chinese standard of CE.

Are the panels to this stab proof vest fabric or steel, the listing is very confusing since the images show both vest inserts?

I wouldnt take the risk of buying it its too cheap Your better off going online an buying a real stab vest. Cost you around £750-£1000 am highly recommended. Would want to risk your life would you. Buy cheap buy twice as they say
