Best value for money.
My cardiologist recommended I start taking 200mg of CoEnzyme Q10, three times daily while dealing with some serious health problems. While I can't guarantee that this is a 100% effective medicine, it is definitely the best value for money that I've seen available. In one popular high street health chain, I found 200mg capsules going for £60 for what would for me be two weeks' supply. This lasts me 40 days at a third of the price. No complaints whatsoever - the capsule is even easy to swallow!

Migraine miracle treatment!
My neurologist recommended that I take a high dose of Q10 along with magnesium and Riboflavin (B2) for migraine treatment/prevention.The dose recommended by my neurologist is 300mg a day, but as these tablets are 200mg, I alternate between 1 tablet (200mg) one day and 2 tablets (400mg) the next. I always take a dose in the morning, with the additional dose in the evening to spread it out. Along with the other supplements, I have to say, they have worked so much better than the various prescription medications I have taken over the years. I was skeptical at first, but have tried everything under the sun and I'm all for natural remedies to avoid pumping my body with medications that I can't guarantee a lack of long-term side affects from. I have been taking this combination for at least 2 months and have seen over 50% decrease in attacks. Very happy!
