Does exactly what is expected. It makes you sweat sweat sweat it out. Fits according to size. It's a little harder to get out of lol once you sweat like crazy but it's a great purchase.

Definitely does the job,good quality, nice fit and I ordered based off their weight chart,definitely worth the price.

Just got the item today. Tested it out and it works as advertised, definitely makes you sweat. I ordered a size larger than what I usually wear just to be safe. I don’t recommend paying extra for one day shipping because I paid an extra 10 dollars to get it sooner and it showed up the day the standard price for shipping would’ve. But product wise I see no issue so far.

I’ve gone from barely even breaking a sweat at the gym, to dripping all over the freaking place. This thing WORKS! And for a polyethylene/poly spandex shirt it fits pretty well. First off, like they say you should get one size up from what you typically wear. That’s no joke. I’m an athletic build and typically fill out a medium shirt, and I can barely get the large on my body without some help. If you pair this with any sort of warming cream like I did, you’ll probably have a panic attack once you get both arms in. It’s very form fitting, and it wants to stick to you. Once it’s on and settled though, it’s PERFECT. You’ll start feeling the warmth get trapped almost immediately, and by the time you finish a workout you’ll have puddles of sweat trapped in it. Taking it off is easy since you’ll be covered in sweat. It just slips right off. I take mine off inside out and rinse it off immediately with the water hose.

Smells slightly plastic but goes away after washing. When wearing the shirt, it's not too restricting. You will sweat.
