Bought this to help me replace minerals that I lose, particularly magnesium, when I sweat. Super easy. I add it daily to my orange juice in the morning. I play plenty of golf and the electrolytes keep me hydrated. Particularly important after a night out (wine/a cocktail or 2) it hydrates me out of a hangover.

Add to beverages to make mineral water or to add trace mineral to coffee, tea, etc. Has eliminated muscle cramps (and the mineral water tastes much better than bottled).

I started becoming more conscious of the water I drink over the years so I really like this product. I use a berkey filter and add this to my water and It just hits different. Tastes much better than the liquid omniblue in my opinion.
