easy to use. sealed packages pretty quickly.ability to control heat knob. little to no cleanup.

The media could not be loaded.  I bought this heat sealer a little over a month ago and have used it hundreds of times. I use it to seal plastic bags for food products and it has kept them air-tight and prevents things like my chips from going stale. I have no complaints - it’s simple, works perfectly, and has very clear instructions! Easy 5 stars.

I’m an at home assembler and we need to seal small bags up to large bags. It works perfect, it’s large enough to do the big bags in one go and it’s quiet. Definitely worth the purchase.Edit: Needed a replacement wire because the last one snapped from overheating and they sent another one free of charge for the one year warranty. Not only that, but they asked for feedback to improve their product! Very kind, understanding, and wanting to provide the best for their customers. You don’t see a lot of this anymore, so I’m extremely grateful.

When it worked, it worked great. Super convenient and was perfect for what we needed. But we only had it like 2 months and it just stopped working. We replaced the heat ribbon, it did nothing. We tried using different outlets, we let it sit for a few days and tried again, still nothing. It just stopped.

I tried several times and settings but if it's low it doesn't seal if it's high it burbs. CMaybe I need someone to show me but it's not working for what I need it for.

When I received the sealer, the box was damaged and I thought the casing was metal but it's a cheap sort of plastic that had scratches and scuff marks on it. At first I thought it had been used but after my husband looked it over, it appeared to be new. However, we tried it out on different cellophane materials and it seals perfectly. It does not heat up until you press the lever down and the red light comes on. So that is a nice little safety feature. Also, I realized that once the red light clicks off, the seal is complete. So far, I'm pleased.

Bought this to seal a bunch of gift bags for family and friends. Given the amount of bags I was making, this handy gadget was a lifesaver (saved money on buying gift bags with handles and tissue ppr).The box came with a replacement heat plate cover which I wasn't expecting but thought it was nice. As you can see from the pics, the seal makes really clean lines. I even pulled the bag where the seam was just to make sure it was sealed evenly. Overall, it met my expectations. Would totally recommend to anyone who wants to elevate their gifts 😊Also, I read some of the reviews on this product. As a PSA, make sure you press all the way down to get clean lines - don't lightly press at the handle. The light where you can adjust the temperature should light up once you press down, and it'll turn off when it's done sealing. Hopefully this info helps!
