Easy to swallow and take after dinner. Although it does have a bit of a smell, its easy to forget once taken. Definitely staying on these as I try an concieve.

Took these through my hole pregnancy and still as I breast feed and our little girl turned out perfectly healthy n strong. . Lifts, holds and turns her head for 5 to 10 minutes at times at just a week old. Could just be good gene's buy a think taking these played a big part and meet a could give into my cravings a little and not constantly eat healthy every meal.

I bought these at the beginning of my pregnancy and took them fine, so reordered again, just before xmas. I'm sorry to say that I won't be taking these. The smell from the bottle is horrendous! I don't know if this is a bad batch, but I cannot deal with the stench so in the bin they go.

I took these throughout my pregnancy and I had a very healthy baby boy! Felt great all the way through and midwife couldn't believe how healthy I was! I Still taking them and I will continue too. Fab product :)

Pros: It is an amazing combo of vitamins and minerals Cons: how are pregnant women (or ANYONE) supposed to swallow something that smeels this terribly WRONG? I can barely open the lid, and I don't think I will be able to have any. I think I'll go back to the other ones I used to have even though they're not as complete...

These fell apart to powder and pieces so the last 10-15 were lost. Sadly the rest of them were covered in the powder. First time buying them though, could just be poor luck. The packaging was intact
