Stitched very well and properly. Two large metal loops should help to avoid twisting too much under pull and pressure. They are quite wide/tall. Inside it feels like a stiff plastic (hoping not cardboard due to future sweat) and looks like it will hold the shape. Due to stifness of the insert they can be rolled only when strapped with velcro in terms of storage. Otherwise they bounce back to flat straight shape. Deducting one star due to a) inner fabric is bit fluffy thin so best to avoid the velcro touching it b) the padding under that inner side of the fabric is nearly non-existent. It's very very thin that if there was none, it wouldn't make much difference. Also time will tell of due to that extrelemy thin padding, the thick hem and stitching won't rub the skin as they are levelled with the 'padding'.

Bingo! So glad bought these. Removed from package and immediately noticed good quality straps. Put them straight on and felt their good comfort. Reasonably priced too. Ideal size in that the two metal rings on each strap hook on to the cable crossover machine clip, which gives me a sense of maximum safety (only one ring on my old pair of straps hooked up, and then velcro wrapped around._..held tight, in place be strip of velcro! I did not trust them). Very pleased customer here and no doubt it'd have been big mistake to buy the cheaper versions. One must always be careful what they buy from Amazon, cheapest usually disappointment, mistake.

Excellent Value for Money Ankle Straps. Very Simple to use and put on, Straightforward design with no fuss. Very Strong, comfortable and flexible straps and the hooks are large to make connecting to gym machine very easy and user friendly. Design allows strap to twist easily on the ankle for ease of changing position without needing to remove and re-adjust the strap. Allows uninterrupted continuity of workout. I bought these to replace the crap ankle straps that come with a set of resistance tubes. These are comfortable and pretty sturdy, feel as though they’ll last for quite some time. Unfortunately I didn’t discover FITGRIFF until after I had already bought some wrist straps, but I do plan on buying a few more products from them in the not so distant future.

The ankle straps are amazing. They do the job,it is easy to adjust them with the cable gym. I use them almost at every work out.I like the fact that they have two rings attached to each of them.You buy them as pair not as single. It makes difference with the price.They seam to be a good quality. Recommended.
