High RDA percentage, easy to swallow, gives great sleep
I use ZMA almost every night to help me get a deep sleep and also. to help my body repair after exercise or using weights, as my current tablets are about to run out I thought I would purchase some more, my current ZMA are tablets and sometimes difficult to swallow so thought I would try a different brand.I found ZM8 and thought I would give them a try as they were a great price and also the percentage RDA for each ingredient was more than my current brand.They arrived quickly with Amazon and arrived in perfect condition, they are sealed in a press lock bag so they can be fully sealed after each use. As they are capsules I found them easy to swallow and gave me a good sleep as per normal, if I am honest I cant really say I have noticed that much of a difference in my sleep due to the higher RDA percentage but I will certainly be buying ZM8 again when these run out.

Great for aiding sleep
I'd have to say that I've never slept so well since taking this product. A definite win-win situation, seeing as sleep is not only essential for general well-being, but also required for recovery after workouts. Would definitely buy again and would recommend to others. An added bonus is the price, too. Definitely good value for money.
