I feel really good. All my bloatedness has gone and I no longer feel as tired because of it.

I was using the liquid form of Apple Cider Vinegar and really struggled with the bitter taste - however taking the tablet form is so easy and no aftertaste which is brilliant. My cravings have subsided as well so its a win win for me.

I couldn’t honestly tell you if they work. They, although large, were relatively easy to swallow, but, personally gave me a gripping stomach ache after 4 days.

Really good appetite suppressor!Ever since this lockdown ive been binge eating cause I've been so bored! And i started taking these last week and thank the lord! I would've gained 5 stone if i hadnt started taking these! So far i lost 5 pounds (the 5 lbs i put on from the lockdown binge eating) but ive lost it none the less!

Not sure what these are supposed to do but not noticed anything different whilst taking them

This product arrived on on the specified date, to be fair it has only done as it says it would and i have been using it for over a week now, i am not too sure yet whether i would buy it again, i will wait until i see what the next results are in another week...
