Great little tool for blocking off sub ports, it comes with 4 colour coded blocks that are easy to install.

These are excellent at preventing the casual random insertion of devices - but they are not a security solution on their own. So the use case is one of perhaps a meeting room to prevent USB stick insertion or as an element in a defence-in-depth type solution. They also are good at stopping children inserting things that shouldn’t belong. You can remove them with a pair of pliers though

Excellent Product worth the price

Did what I wanted it to do. Easy. Reliable. Good for those that have exposed USB ports on unattended computers. Note this is defeat-able, but it'll make someone work at it unless they buy the same key

Great product - does what it says but is not 100% secure.

They are difficult to remove one inserted but they do prevent things falling into the open ‘socket’.

Damit kinder/ schüler oder "unbefugte" im normalen Alltag nicht allen möglichen quatsch anschließen eine super Sicherung für die usb Eingänge. Die Stöpsel lassen sich einfach mit ein bischen übung, anbringen und wieder entfernen.

We use this as an additional layer for PCI Compliance. This helps to prevent people from plugging in their USB Flash Drive or their cell phone. We have 2 computers and sometimes the users don't know the difference and tend to plug their devices into the wrong computer. With this installed into the front USB ports they no longer plugin their devices to the wrong computer. This is a deterrent device and with enough effort you can pop it out with a tool.

I bought these with the blue key only to discover that I overlooked that the color of key only works with same color port blocker. I overlooked it but since these can be removed with tweezers (port Blocker not port Locker) it seems pointless. Now I have to buy another key. Maybe that's the point. I love the product but would love it even more if they were not so easy to remove with tweezers. It keeps people from plugging their phones into the PC but I don't know about data protection for the determined thief.

Les verrous reçus ne sont pas compatibles avec la clef Lindy blanche que j'avais déjà. J'avais pourtant pris soin de prendre de verrous de la même couleur que ma clef. Mais ça ne suffit pas. Alors ??? Les verrous fournis avec la clef sont OK.
