Excellent way to make granola with these spelt flakes. Good quality and tasted great in the granola.

These is so good ...I make it like oatmeal. I make it alkaline by adding walnuts, agave, and a little date sugar, sea salt and coconut milk. Yummy!

Old, but still good.

This has a very mild flavor similar to rice. They are easy to season and I usually add something sweet like honey. A little sweetener goes a long way. I eat this almost daily for breakfast. Ready in 15 minutes after you have boiling water. I go through 1.5 bags a week.

I have ordered several times before and love the spelt flakes but this time the one I received was 6 months past the use by date. They put a sticker over the date so I peeled it off and found it to be expired. It was a pain to get refunded.

Expensive but live organic and non GMO. May look for a cheaper brand but moving here from the NL where food is cheaper and less chemicals it was important for me to get the right foods straight away.

I got a recipe to make granola and this is one of the ingrediency's.

These flakes are great I combined them with other kinds of flakes to make an awesome hot breakfast cereal
