It came with 2 different sizes they are soft and comfortable...I've put them to good use. These are great for walking and my favorite thing about them is that it came 2 instead of just one. They come with two different length to adjust in your knee(s). I use these mostly when I’m walking in my under desk treadmill. It gives me a support that a tiny pressure I tend to feel in my knees, I will not feel it. The Velcro quality is strong - I do not struggle to put these into place as I walk (I can walk about 1-3 hrs in my tread mill). The size option helps with giving you an option so you can use the one that best that would work for you to help with pain relief while exercising. There is only one thing I noticed about them. Since they come with two length options you get to swap them out. Where these options go in is a piece of planting attached to the main knee piece. When the device is on for a while, and depending also on how tight it is, this plastic piece may become uncomfortable because it falls right on the side of the knees. So every step I gave the piece would feel as if it was getting somewhat stuck when bending the knee with the side/back of my knee.

okay so I was having horrendous pain because I tore my meniscus last year and recently it completely tore all the way through and I needed something besides the sleeves or Ace bandages and I do actually have a leg brace like the kind and orthopedic doctor would give you but that is way too much trouble to keep putting on and off all day and night so I saw this product seeing how many were sold and I bought it and they give you two of them that's 2 for $10 and I can't believe that I followed the instructions and "IT WORKS PERFECT AND TAKES AWAY 80% OF THE PAIN" going from agonizing non-stop pain for the pain to stop honestly I don't get it how it works but it does and to see people leave bad reviews especially for two of these for 10 bucks that's pretty sad and they work and they don't cut off the circulation like people say I don't hardly ever leave reviews but this is a game changer I really don't care how all the other stuff I was using didn't work but this little band does but there's a reason why there's so many of them sold and it has a high rating and also they're cheap and they're made very strong and out of good material do not hesitate.

I have knee problems that along the way I'd always have to stop exercising due to pain and stability. This has been helping me achieve my goal. I was already having lots of knee pain and some instability, when doing leg press my patella would pop and seem to get off from its place and come back, I purchased this, after using I have no pain anymore and seems to be more stable and now I am able to do all the exercises in my chart. After trying numerous types of knee braces, pain patches and other concoctions that did not help, I ordered these. I can now walk without pain. It is comfortable and I don’t even know I have it on. The set of 2 comes with 2 different size straps to ensure a good fit. Great value and 100% recommended!

I use these to run, given that I have very little cartilage left in my knees. They work great in giving support and minimizing my pain. The ability to adjust the straps to my comfort, compared to the silicone bands I was using, is a great key point.
