I had a different machine that broke after 5 years. I always liked that one but this one is better. The head swivels making it easier to get into hard places. It’s lasts long enough for me to wash floors in a large house (2500 sf). The only down side is the small holding tank for the washer fluid and the location makes it a little difficult to fill.

Worked once and it was fine but no longer powers on after the first charge. It doesn’t work on tough stains at all; it’s just a light spin of a cloth.

I love this mop. It really makes my floor shine without streaks and it is so effortlessly to use.

Charger didn't work, was able to get a new one through customer service. I like the mop, it makes the floors shiny, just wish it had adjustable speeds.

The media could not be loaded. Love this Cordless Automatic Mop, super lightweight, easy to use, use water or your own cleaning solution. As someone with Arthritis most cleaning equipment is heavy and cumbersome, this one is not!!

It would be a five star if the unit came with attachments for scrubbing a tile floor like the Shark and Bissell electric mops. I am looking for a pair to see how much better it works on a tile floor. It works well on my wood floors.

I don’t purchase this item for myself, I bought it for my daughter and I have not received any complaints from her regarding it.

Update- it really doesn’t clean as well as I hoped. I think I’ll be returning it.My sister, who seriously is never wrong and is amazing, told me she loved this mop so I bought it. I love it too! It’s actually fun to use, it kinda springs around the floor. And of course it does its job and cleans the floor while it goes. So now washing my floors is fun and easy too!
